I didn't even see it. One of those ebay secrets. I won't complaint too loud, anyway; I used to have a field day in German ebay, though these days competition is increasing.
In my case, it was the "Ships to: Australia" (although in the ad the seller stated that he was ready to ship abroad). My ebay routinely blocks certain ads, no matter how I configure it, and this was one of those. Tough luck.
