Longines Avigation Type A-7 1935

Hello, I am new to this forum. In the last 6-8 months I have jumped feet first into watches. I have really enjoyed learning about the history of different companies and why certain companies are prestige items, etc. I have picked up several different watches in the last few months as a sort of trial and error basically. Some have been good purchases and others less so. But, Longines has become my favorite brand. I have picked up a couple so far and love them. My Bronze Legend Diver is probably my favorite watch currently. My only resource until I stumbled upon this forum today was Youtube. And I never know the motivation of those people. Not sure if they truly like a product or are shills for the company.
But, I was wondering if anyone has encountered the A-7. I really like the look of this watch. But, there is no one around me that has one for sell. So, I figured I would ask everyone what they thought. I am considering this for my next purchase.

Also, the A-7's primary competition at the moment is probably the Cartier Tank Must in XL if that matters. I have been able to try on the Tank and liked it. Just love the aesthetic of the A-7.
