Looks old. Lots of patina on the dial. Remarkably starting running first wind. Case appears gold filled but could just be gold plated. Not many scratches on the case or crystal so must not have been worn much.

Just says Longines on the dial. I see no numbers.

Not much of a market for lady's watches. 🙁 There only value is in scrapping, and since it isn't solid gold that's not much at all.
