Since there are other non-Omegas on this thread:

I bought this one out of a group of a dozen almost mint Accutrons all from the same seller on eBay. Since all ended at the same time, I put in bids on two of them and won both:

Unfortunately, this one was DOA. The seller was nice enough to let me keep the battery card to make a full package out of the good one.

105.012-65, all original and complete, serials match paper work and I am the second owner!

That is almost unbelievable to me! Almost as good as the totally unworn 1971 "barn find" late last year. What luck.

If it's not a trade secret, I'm curious how you guys find these. Do you know people, or in the right place at the right time or ...

Here is a pic of it (on a leather racing strap RIOS1931 with Omega deployant). It has a few small marks on the bezel from the first owner.

I am not sure if I am alone here, but I do kind of like this model of watch 😀 (photo taken today):

You're not alone, and that DON bezel has got to be one of the cleanest I've ever seen!!

Thanks Sky21, my comment was a little 'tongue in cheek'. The bezel does have a few marks on it, but it looks great in real life.

Not long after I bought the watch I also bought a set of calibre 321 spare parts off the bay (which I've never needed to use, sigh) and in amongst all the other parts was another DON bezel. This spare one is faded, but still everything quite clear. Comparing the two, I'm glad that the original one on my watch is in great shape, but I could see the other one being considered to have good patina if I ever needed it (hopefully not!).

Watch out saying that you have spare 321 parts. Some of these guys may track you down and show up at your doorstep!

I have been longing for the opportunity to update this amazing thread 😀

Constellation ref. 14381 in decent condition. Only missing the original strap and, perhaps, the hang tag...
