2652s do have their own quirks - IIRC they were the original 'crossed-t' dials.
However, as mentioned by the guys above, your dial has multiple 'tells' that it isn't correct.

I'll refer you again to Desmond's blog - there is a particular section on crossed-t dials but all of the info there is useful to anyone interested in Constellations.

https://omega-constellation-collectors.blogspot.com/

try the section on Constellation dials and look at Part 2.
Thanks for that, can you fill me in on what they are? I read the blog you sent me and it stated the font, spacing, text and line thickness was not consistent at all during the early models with multiple font variations, text and line sizes etc. How is someone supposed to work this all out

also the crosshair right through the L of constellation. hour marker dots are huge. MOY test might not apply here, not sure of ref. but its a very thick crosshair.

I'm not going to say that special order dials weren't available but vertically brushed dial finishes generally applied to gold dials.
(although they did appear later - perhaps to replicate the look of a gold dial)
It would be interesting to see any source that suggests brushed finished were available from the very first Constellation.
You can find may 2852-8 with special finishes on the dials, including vertical brushing. They even did a few with brushing following the shape of the case but it ran straight between the hour markers and slightly changed direction to complete the 360°

By looking at thousands and thousands of those. And „not consistent“ is over-simplifying it in a way. Its not like it was completely random.

You have to be somewhat forensic about your approach to studying Constellation dials.
After a while you immediately get a feeling that something is 'off'.

There are variations of the crossed-t dials - but if you know what the known ones are then your's doesn't fit the pattern.
Look at the first N, it doesn't quite get round far enough and the connection from the O is too 'brief'
The E is squashed.
The Ls are too far apart.
The i is too long.

and that is just the Constellation text.

the text under discussion

the other known crossed-t variations from Desmond's blog

Brushed finishes were an available custom order from the very first constellation as far as I was aware, is this not correct?

you did say that brushed finishes were available from the first - I was hoping that you had some source that we could share in - we are always looking for additional information - that is how we all learn.
(existing watches are not a good source as they may have been 'revised')

why did you delete your pic with the Constellation text comparison @Spoonta66 ? - it was extremely useful for anyone studying this topic.

I used the wrong screenshots when I put them together and I can only use the Chat GPT photo editor to merge photos twice a day so cant use it again to fix the problem 🤣

the comparisons were spot on - it allowed us to discuss your watch and a known variant - which is what this forum is all about (healthy discussion)

Here’s a lovely Geneve 2748 of mine. Somewhere down there is a beautiful black waffle dial, but boy is it difficult to show it with a photo!
