Here's another, more recent one of me and my PAM 338 at the Morikami Japanese Garden in Delray Beach, FL...

The hat has the Highland Park logo, for those wondering (and even for those not wondering). My all-time favorite is their 18-year-old (a bottle of which I am controlling myself not to consume too quickly).

I love it every time I visit, 3rd or 4th time now...I always discover something new. By the way, the little restaurant (where the first photo was taken) has some of the best, most creative (and comparatively inexpensive) sushi I've ever had.

yeah that restaurant is decent, that's right next to the entry, I have eaten there a few times. It is unique to find this type of garden in south Florida..

Sitting around on a Saturday morning thought it was about time to add in to this thread......seems I have next to no pictures with me in them. So here is what I have.......

I think that night we were in class making some sort of fusion meal (come to think of it that whole course was weird mixes of iconic dishes from "far off lands")

Old planes remind me of my grandfarther, he was part of a team who built the first jet engine in Britian, he spent the second world war in a store room while all of his brothers who were old enough, were sent to France.

You grandfather would have possibly worked on the Gloster Meteor, which used Sir Frank Whittles first jet engines. This one is also airworthy.

Part of a team that made and put together the very first engine frank whittle had made, he never worked on engines that were attached to planes. The engine was assembled in sections and sent to a factory so that no one knew exactly how the engine was built.
Tanks got their name because the first time that they were put together the workers were told they were building huge mobile water tanks and the name stuck. They were originally meant to becalled land ships.
