No PM necessary! It's one of the homes built for faculty housing at the school where I teach. They were designed by Eliel Saarinen, and all built in the late 1920s when the school was opened. They're semi-detached, with garages in the back between each pair of houses. I'm lucky to live in one!

Thank you! Yes, that stone looks magnificent. I've been moonlighting with a buddy that's a contractor while I put myself through some advanced training on the other end. There's a definite difference in quality when it comes to homes built in the early party of the last century compared with things from the 60s forward
