At the courts last night just before 6 pm...taking a break for a drink:



Still 15 degrees C at this point so we are having a warm spell before the cold weather comes. Thankfully the city has kept the courts open longer than normal this year, and will do so as long as the weather holds. This is the latest in the year we've ever played outside...and it's a year when we need it.

Played tennis again tonight, and as we were walking to the car in the parking lot, I heard a strange snorting noise...



Bunch of white tailed deer, with one pretty close to my car (at the red arrow far right) so I took a couple of quick photos and a video. I figured as I got closer they would bolt, but these are much tamer than the deer we usually get in our back yard. Momma was snorting quite a bit, and with little ones present I wasn't sure if she was going to let me get to the car...but I asked nicely and she moved...👍


These 4 ran off to the rest of the group - there were probably 10 altogether. You can also hear the geese going over...fall in the great white North...😀

Nov.10, Lake Ontario, they promised a record warm day so the bike just had to go to work.

That looks like the transition shot between actual commercials and the resumption of an HGTV show or something. Hope the girls had a smashing time and make/made it home safely
