Last night, sunset @ Manhattan Beach, CA - enjoyed a beautiful view while snacking on appetizers at the diner table..
Late this afternoon, in Sandbanks, Dorset Not technically a sunset, but the dramatic clouds make up for it Finished the day with oysters, and a bottle of white
Failing light at the end of a day's walking in Eastern England on Wednesday. It was uncomfortably cold and I was glad of the flask of tea in that rucksack.
Also not quite a sunset, but a couple of hours before. Maybe the clouds and the trees make up for it. That used to be East-Berlin.
That 400 kV transmission line unfortunately features in most of my sunset photos. Yesterday afternoon I went out beyond the wires with my best camera and a tripod but there was an entirely undramatic sunset. Today best I could do was on my way home with the happy snappy in my pocket.
That was taken a while ago. I was visiting my family in my homecountry Brazil. That is in the south, near the uruguayian border.
Nice! Brings back a distant memory. The last time I was on Unter den Linden was just days before it all changed - in Oct 1989. Consulates for former Czechoslovakian and Hungarian passport stamps were in those first couple of buildings just past the intersection, on the left.
What an absolutely stunning photo! I have backpacked out of Lone Pine and Kennedy Meadows -- but the view to the Alabama Hills can be breath-taking! Thank you for sharing.
