Hi,

Watch is not mine...yet.

Dial is a poor redial, but I know where I can get a original used dial for this.

Case back markings seems correct.

I do not have better pictures from the movement.

I have seen later versions of this movement, with different signing for LEMANIA, and shock protection.

Can this be an early version of CH27?

Thanks

Yes. It's an early CH27.
Case looks fine. It deserves another dial!
Cheers!

Impressive! I guess this is a close variant to that fabulous pocket chronograph?:

Although yours seems more modern, and 1/10th sec.

Gee, did I forget to say "DIBS" when I saw it the other day on WRUW? Darn. Second dibs then, or in whatever order!

Hi guys.
My Grandfather left me this old Lemania. I know that the condition is pretty bad, but I am planning on getting it fixed by a pro.
But I can't find out what year it is from or anything else about it actually 🙁
I would be very interested if any of you could tell me anything about it 😀
The caliber is 3060
Thank you very much!

Your grandfather had good taste!
Nice Watch. It should clean up very well in the right hands.
Do not restore anything. Have the movement serviced and the plexi polished or replaced only.
Your watch is gold plated (PA).
Catalog image from 1956:

The reference numbers from Lemania refers only to the case. As such it is perfectly correct that yours has sweep seconds and a different dial layout.

Serial number indicates 1954 +/- a couple of years.
