What is UTI above the Lemania script?

UTI is the name of a French watch producer and distributor, who represented and sold several Swiss brands on its domestic market. In addition to Lemania, they also distributed Breitling, Universal Genève and Glycine plus a few others. That's why you may sometimes stumble upon double-signed vintage Navitimers in auctions.

complementary, some movement pics and caseback

@Northernman , could you please help me date this watch.

A nice feature is that the case back is stamped 11564, and the case, near the movement serial number (21692) is stamped 564, which for me , confirms the case and case back are correct.

Just serviced, work flawlessly

Thanks, any feedback much appreciated

@jsflog Congrats on finally getting it all put together after what must have been a long hunt and wait.
Until Northernman educates us all here are my best guess info for you. if you do a bit of searching on here you will also find date info for Tissot and Omega
Based on graph info(late 30 but due to curve fitting the data is going to highly variable) and fournitoures(44) and ranffit(41) best guess is approx 1941-1946ish plus minus a year or two.

At the moment, I have these two:

1964 Super Compressor

5100 cal chronograph. Not sure about the production year, but I’m guessing late 80’s or early 90’s.

Were Lemania watches ever retailed new in the U.S.?

Cursory internet searches haven't uncovered examples of U.S. marketing.

I'm sure you could find an example but they would be rare.
but there is this entry BOL
http://www.ranfft.de/uhr/info-uscode-e.html

And there was one of the brothers in late 1800 -1900 who set up shop in us
Need to fact check here..
Make the most of it - its a bit vague

Latest acquisition, a Lemania Chronometer in 14 kt gold, made for USA market, I presume.
Not very common.
