Found one recently, but missing the hands. Thanks to @Northernman I found some similar hands as a first workaround. Case is heavily polished but still has its charme! Can't wait to have it on my wrist.

Holy thread resurrection, Batman! (Because I just bought this and I'm nervous).

The caseback is sterile which concerns me. However, everything else looks correct and this hasn't been butchered. It looks and feels like it has always been this way .... and I have spent a day looking for another with no joy. I am sure that some here saw this come up for auction .... anyone want to throw in their thoughts?

Glad to see it ended up in a good home!
I was bidding as well.

Everything points to a 24h version of cal 2225.
Lemania made 24h versions of several different calibres.
This is the first Cal15 base movement I鈥檝e seen with 24h dial.

Appreciate if you share more pictures and perhaps a video when you get it in hand.

I absolutely will share more. Apart from Lemania lending this movement to Breitling for the Carpenter Breitling (and I only have that by word of mouth) I was unaware of 24 hour versions of the 2225. A new rabbit hole to start down!

The cal 3060 was supplied with 24h mod.
Both in regular cases and in the EPSA super compressor cases.

Catalog shows 12h dial but lists also 24h version.

Yeah, behind the curtains, we had a pre-bid Lemaniac discussion about this piece. To all of us, it seems legit, but it is a real unicorn. Something I would have loved to have won myself, but unfortunately for me, my money fountains dried up due to hoarding watches. 馃榿
I can only admit I'm jealous, but I can live with the idea that somebody else is really enjoying this watch. 馃槈

I has already had a quick clean and oil and been on the wrist. I had an hour with it in person at the viewing and made my mind up then. As an unexpected purchase, I'm going to have to sell something else but that isn't going to upset me. I don't think it was even close to expensive but I would like to know its story.

Congratulations! That is very rare and looks well preserved. Looks correct in all aspects , Hands seem relumed . The sterile case back points to a non issued piece. Issued it could make sense in an Submarine.

I totally agree; on a good day, I would easily be prepared to pay double the price!

The hands aren't a relume. There's some sort of mold (perhaps a chemical reaction?) on top of the lume plots on the dial. Where that surface colour has fallen off, the colour is exactly rhe same as the hands. Both react the same under UV. It's a bit of a strange one but I'm guessing that the hands have been cleaned at service with a gentle wipe which was enough to keep them from turning pumpkin.
