Lemania 1341 chrono reset question

Hello experts,

I have a Lemania 1341 question about the specific version that is used by Tissot (in this case), not about the version used by Omega. (The Omega version has an additional 24 hour indicator @9...)

When the chrono on my Tissot Navigator Yachting is running and when I push the bottom pusher, the central chrono minute counter hand resets to zero (12 'o' clock position)

Is this normal?
(The bottom pusher on my Omega Speedmaster Mark IV with the Omega 1341 (1040) calibre is locked when the chrono is running)
