I prefer my Apple watch...

However a core issue with this is that it takes terrible photos...

Ah right. Reasonably competent timepiece but over-priced and appealing to niche marketing to people who can't explain chronograph/chronometer/COSC/column wheel movement/WR/AR.

I don't know how I feel about the 14k price tag, quite overpriced for what you get IMHO I'd much rather have something else for that price.

Opened the link for this watch, and read this...

"Handcrafted foreverness and engineering excellence..."

What sort of linguistic butchery is this? 馃う

$14K!? So... I could buy an M11 and 1-2 lenses... Or I could have a Leica branded watch? 馃ぎ

I picture what I would buy off of someplace like here or chrono24 for 14K before I would spend it on a Leica watch. I think Leica should reframe their thinking on pricing for what you are getting. Especially if they want to enhance their image as a watch company. I shutter to think about someone buying one of these at that price.

Actually, you can grab the 50mm for a mere $13K, and have $1K pocket change left. Or, you could have the watch. Tough choice 馃槜.

The lens is overpriced but at least it's a damn good lens. The watch on the other hand...
