The dirt or corrosion on the rear or the case is probably due to the ingress of perspiration over time, but it can be cleaned without causing damage.
The caliber 620 serial number dates the watch to approximately 1970.
I'm not sure it's a reference 111.077 as this denotes a watch fitted with a strap, is there another number inside the caseback?

Definitely a strap watch originally.
The first or subsequent owner may have added the 1148/595 bracelet which was often done at the time.
