1st learning it is really difficult to take good pictures, so please forgive me.
the dial is ok with only minor stains.
the back shows all stars and engraving clearly some wear visible.
Doesn’t look over polish to me.

That said, I think you should have it serviced by someone versed in vintage Omega (though not Omega themselves). The automatic winding may work (or may not), but regardless, have it serviced. Also, opinions will vary, but this type of watch could benefit from a bit of polishing to remove some of the scratches from the case (though I wouldn't touch the back). Some watchmakers tend to go overboard and "overpolish", thus removing all the character of the case, so do your research to find the proper watchmaker.

·As a follow-up the watch was just sold for 3300€ which was over my max.
Initial expert pricing was 600 to 900€ which was really surprising.
I initially priced 1600€ for gold scrap value.
I then estimated that my limit would be 2500€ for this watch, considering damage to automatic bridge and polishing levels.
Thanks to all for your inputs and feedbacks, I learned a lot on this first trial.
Thanks to existing threads I also find out that this type of lugs will not fit a gold bracelet but was originally sold with a leather strap.

what you had here was a rose gold grand luxe ( minus its bracelet) with a gold stepped pie pan dial.
Whilst this ref of Connie is not to everyone’s taste, they aren’t common and a grail for some and those who do want them will pay whatever it takes to get one - they certainly don’t go for a bit more than scrap - and they wouldn’t care about a bit of rotor rub.
If someone like @cristos71 tells you it should go for 4-6k take heed - so, essentially, it was a bargain at 3300.
Solid rose gold Constellations of any reference aren’t common and very desirable- so the competition will likely be strong.

Thanks for confirming what I thought about the solid pink gold.
I have looked at cristos71 threads and he is definitely an expert so I was expecting this to go for 4K€ or more.
My limit was personal, accounted for my inexperience and budget. I knew I had virtually no chance to have it for this price.
I also understand that this 2930 will probably not be a suitable entry piece for me considering my budget.
Just loved it and wanted to educate my thought process among passionate members and discovering the auction world in the process.
I will definitely stick around

Rose Constellations will sell at a premium.
Set your budget at a minimum of €3000 for a nice yellow gold Connie ( with some patience you might find one at this price - think months not weeks) and expect to pay quite a bit more for a good Rose version.
Expect to pay an additional premium for each of:
Gold dial
Pie pan dial
Arrowhead dial.

·You really jumped on a odd one right away 😀 Not easy to pull a trigger on these even if everything seems to be ok. I agree with previous comment, that this one did look way to cheap for 3300 EUR.
Dog leg 18k might be easier to find and understand the right price. They are very different in design compared to 2930 but maybe worth looking in to.
