·Why would a grey dealer want to share their secret sauce for free? Also I would guess that each grey dealer has relationships which is where the value lies.

·Way back in the mists of time we set up a subsidiary business which went well and we were approached by someone asking if we could teach them about how it all worked etc. etc.
I like to think I was polite and handled it well but really why would I offer help to someone who just may turn out to be a competitor ?
