Hello everybody!

I'd like to call on the Omega community because my (recently inherited) Omega Memomaster have a LCD display issue.

Some pixels are intermittently missing, more or less according to inclination of the watch.
Moreover, and maybe that's fairly normal, but batteries last only 3 months.

Here's an exemple (3.06 pm / 15h06)

- First question, the cause of this issue necessarily come from the LCD display? Or it could be an issue on the printed circuit board?
- Second question, could it be fixable?

Thank you very much!

Welcome to the forum!

Hmm I will wait for LCD experts to weigh in but I am afraid it is not something a watchmaker can fix. While Omega can easily replace the quartz and LCD modules (at a very high price, but still, doable AFAIK), I don't think it is worth the effort. Outside Omega this is a job only a niche LCD expert can do. I recall reading in here about a few people that have this expertise but I don't know exactly who they are and if they are still active in the market..

My best suggestion for you is to find another example with a working LCD module and ask a watchmaker to swap them.
