Epsa-cased super compressors come to mind immediately. They came in a 40mm version, in many different flavors.

Another (unobtanium) classic is the IWC Cal 325, the original Portugieser. Considered humongous at the time, I'm sure 馃榾

Most divers are 38mm and bigger and plenty of chronographs also, simple three handers are way more exclusive to be bigger than 38mm but they are out there. Crazy expensive if they come from a sought after manufacture!

Breitling Navitimers are typically 41mm.
This similarly styled Gallet Excel-O-Graph from the early 70's is a whopping 43mm.
