Ladies Omega cal 620 ref 511 213

Found this at the goodwill for only $4, the 12 and 6 o clock indicies were loose upon purchase so i have removed them along with the hands until I get some GS hypo cement. The movement and the case have no issues but I am thinking the dial is franken, refinished, or a combination . The font on the letters looks very non omega and are missing typical omega font serifs. additionally the lack of "swiss made" and or geneve at 6:00 has me convinced. Ive attached the photo from my bench and the only photo of a dial that looks anything similar to my own. Is this redialed and if its original or not, should i bother to find a replacement or reattach the indicies? I plan to either sell it or use as a gift. What would you value it at? movement is in prime condition @ over 280º and respectable time loss.
