Looks like you have identified it already - you have the reference number (511.221), name (DeVille), and the caliber number (620). What more do you want to know? ::confused2::

For example, year of production, what they were leather strap, etc.

Okay, the year of production will be determined by the serial number on the movement. It will be an 8 digit number (at least 25,000,000 or higher) located to the left of the word OMEGA on the edge of the movement. Post that and we can tell you what year it was made.

This lady's watch's reference number starts with a 5 so it originally came on a leather strap.

My omega watch cal 620 need to be fix, but cost too much here in NY for $500.00. Found same movement and running from ebay for only $40. got it and now ok. Now when I was selling it , the omega data base case number was manufactured 1967 and the serial number of the new movement is 20xxxxxxwhich is 1963 which is way below the case manufacture date. Is this now a franken watch? Everything.. is original omega.
