Ladies Omega cal. 23.7 T2

1. There looks to have been a dust cover on this watch at one time. The hinge is there, but you can see where the cover has been broken off:



2. This was most likely a man’s watch, not a ladies’ watch. Men’s watches were just smaller then.

3. Crown is not correct. The original would have been much thinner and made from silver to match the case. It would not have been signed though.

4. My guess is that this watch will need extensive work on the movement, dial and case to be considered restored. This will cost several times its current value. It would need to be a labor of love only.
