I recently bought a Seiko that I (and an OF friend) suspect may be redialled but, despite having the suspicions and the advice, I decided that I liked the watch, I bought it, and I enjoy wearing it.
Thus far I have no 鈥榖uyer鈥檚 remorse'.
So, the ultimate question for you is, 'do you like the watch ?'.

Yeah completely understand.... I'm actually more interested in if it's a redial or not out of interest?
I mean safe buy in terms of no one else can argue it's a redial if I did choose to sell it later

I think this is also the only way to enjoy your watches. A good and honest redial can be worthy as much as any other.
