It's a pretty watch and 36mm is a good size, but that case has a lot of steps and edges, so the polishing really stands out to me. Also, the pale yellow color of the gold is not so attractive IMO. It would be a "no" for me. If it's 18k, and everything is right inside, and you really want to make an offer, I really don't think you should be tempted to go higher than 1500 gbp. There are better options at the 2000 gbp price point.

I think Omega 18k vintage dress watches are very attractive. I collect Gubelin which I feel are a very good value in that price range as well !
