Just received this pie pan

I’m very excited of what such a lot of time of research has resulted in. I’m in love with it and it’s just what I expected (it at first i though it was smaller than i believed it was but I was aware of its small size). It’s running a few minutes per hour fast, but i expected to get it serviced soon, should i worry or will it be solved after a good cleaning and lubricating?(movement pictures are from the seller as i haven’t been able to go with my watchmaker)

Edit: after taking it to my watchmaker, he demagnetized it, blew air at the movement and tightened some screws that could have loosened as result of an impact during the shipping. I’m completely shocked as it is working extremely well. For the past 18 hours it has kept the time with nearly any deviation, so I’m very relieved after this good news.

After a service all will be fine. But it’s impossible to say if parts are worn and need to be replaced. Only a watchmaker can tell you this. Enjoy your watch!

Thank you very much!; For my advantage, the seller has a good reputation to keep, and I can return it within the period of one month, so I won’t be worried.

Looks delightful and sizewise I'd say it's a perfect fit. It's not 2016 anymore when everybody wanted 44mm+ monsters on their wrists.

Congratulations.
There are no visible marks in the case back and the gasket looks like an original - so it may never have been serviced.

As @Shabbaz says, a service should make all okay.
