So what is interesting is its a 44.25 mm case.

The actual bezel is like 42 mm. And the visible face is like 35 mm. After I got it I realized it did not look super large.

Compared it to my other watches that are 42 mm at the bezel, and it's the same.

It really wears more like a 42 mm 馃榾

That got me too. I was put off this version because of the 44mm (and a quarter) size. If it wears like a 42, it's probably going to be OK

In the same way, I didn't appreciate that the speedmaster professional only has a 40mm dial, and the 42mm spec includes the slightly oversized button protectors.

Yea you will be fine. The 44.25. Wears like a 42mm as the bigger measurement includes the protectors.

Yea after having 42-43 mm watches the professional just looked to small to me. Will still get one one day but I will probably buy it pre-owned.

Maybe it's the lighting, maybe the Speedy is a little closer. 45.5 vs 44.25

Yea measure the bezel on the planet ocean and the speedy. Like I did.. I'm pretty sure the PO is less than 42mm. The speedy has a 42 mm bezel on the 44.25 case

By the way that is a nice looking watch!

Yo Thanks!
That's a helluva question. It's like trying to decide what to name your rock band; Mouse Rat or Rat Mouse!
