Omega sub second just in, but when I opened the package and even the watch itself reeked of cigarette-smoke it was a bit of a downer.

Got rid of the bracelet (madi in Finland of all places!) and got it cleaned and polished the crystal. With a new strap mounted it brightened up a dark November Friday afternoon..

Before -

After/later - the dial is not perfect but not too bad either.

I believe I saw this watch on the show Madmen. If it was a set piece it could explain the cigarette smell! Otherwise, love the tuxedo dial.
