Good news for you, friend. I bought a Chronostop last year where the pusher had been replaced by a soldered on crown. It was a mess. The rest of the watch was fine.
I was able to get the part number and my watchmaker sourced a new replacement pusher with no trouble at all.
I believe the pusher cost about $60 ($CDN) and it was installed along with a service.
Thank you. That is the suggestion from watchmaker. He has put the old dial back in. I will wait for a better dial to come along
It has arrived. The seller was great and the watch is as described. Given what has been happening in Turkey recently I hope the seller choose the right day to exchange his EUR to TRY. I've put a leather strap on it and will wear for a day before sending to be serviced and cleaned. I need to do some research on the hands
Got the watch back about 2 weeks ago. Despite what the previous poster says I'm happy. The watch is in much better condition than when I bought it. It's running nicely and I will continue to search for a 010 dial. I will try to sell the 009 dial I bought. I would be happy to advise on here but Ive not hit the 200 posts yet.
The only negative bit is the 90 degree rotation of the dial takes a bit to get used too
