Hands up who has taken delivery of their Apollo 11 Steel Speedy from Jomashop and who hasn't? I've contacted JS with regards to my reservation and had this reply back on the 25th Oct- "Good Afternoon, Jomashop is very sorry for the delay in processing your order. We are diligently working with our vendor to get an eta. At this time we do not have an update but as soon as more information becomes available, we will contact you.Please let us know should you need anything further. Best, ". I wonder whether this was purely a publicity stunt, as my email inbox is flooded daily with their marketing spam.
I think they had a handful of them, that's all. It was advertising and publicity exercise. I would not be holding my breath that they will source more of these at the 17% or so discount they were offering. They are still selling at retail or at a premium in the marketplace.
