FIFY. Pictures or it did not happen. I prefer the Vache. The dial has a more classic look and is less busy. The pushers have a more elegant look on it as well. Cooler lugs too.

I am looking for my collection at a JLC Grande Master Memovox Ref. 146.2.95 or a VC Malte Perpetual Calendar Chronograph

what is be your opinions on each, pros, cons?

Major worry I would have with the VC would be a perpetual calendar that is manual wind.

your argument on "the dial less busy" is a very solid one. This is one of the reasons, I admire PP Grand Complications Perpetual Calendar Chronograph. Impressive, well balanced, but a bit out of my league.
Also I don't like JLC Master Grand Reveil, too busy dial.
On the other hand the mechanical complexity of the JLC Grande Master Memovox fascinates me.
