How are you guys ordering an Omega style deployant strap from Jean-Rousseau?

I went on their website https://www.jean-rousseau.com/ and cant find any straps under the "watch straps" section.

So went into the "Bespoke" section and filled out their terrible form. At no point does it ask me questions about it being an Omega style strap. It kind of assumes its your traditional tang/buckle style strap. Do i have to email them instead?

I'm after a strap that's identical to the silver snoopy strap (black cordura with white stitching) to work with my 16mm deployant clasp but with a 19mm width for my FOIS.

Before anyone recommends Artem straps, Im not a fan of the fabric they use and they dont offer a 19mm/16mm tapering.

I just checked out thier new order form....... I couldn't find where to list the use of an Omega clasp. That form is wayyy different from years past. Good luck hahaha.

You can't order an Omega deployant from them, only from Omega. But you can give them the specifications in the Notes section.
I also recommend either stopping by if you're in New York, or emailing their customer service. The straps I've ordered from them were via working with one of the managers via email.

(This was years ago) But, They told me if I wanted condura, it wasn't being made in NYC. All my bespoke cordura straps did in fact ship from France. Not sure if the NYC folks will be much help.

Although that form is a bit much to fill out, not sure why it will be much issue. List all dimensions, colors and fabric... Make a note that you'll be supplying your own Omega clasp, they'll know what to do or reach out for more info.

Last time I stopped in was in their old store before the pandemic so this could have changed but, by then the store had changed its focus to watch straps. Tons of ready-made cordura straps in stock and the last one I ordered shipped from NY.

sorry, should have specified, they said "bespoke" cordura would come from France. Stocked items can still ship from NY.

Mine was definitely bespoke, but I designed it in-store with them and while it may have been made in France it was delivered via the NY store.

The first one I had made was entirely via email, and that went really well. They walk you through what each option is.
