·I bought this one a couple years ago I like it but it is 19 mm it’s ok on my 145.012 but a little gap
What are the rivets that need to be checked if these are still okay/firm ?

Great look ! So these never were wider then 19mm at the lugs originaly ? I checked the Ebay offerings and prices are even higher today.....

These marked in red
the 19MM end link was intentionally made for 20MM lugs of Omega ... referred to as the BREAK AWAY DESIGN POINT or FEATURE by the design engineers JB Champion USA working with NASA, if in case the strap gets caught / snagged it disengages easily to reduce harm to the Astronaut
the originals, from an objective standpoint, are just far better quality.
gonna post a thread dedicated to the topic alone
Maybe add a subcategory or link for wrist calendars, although that's TLIGuy's area of expertise.
I did not know about the rivets. I wonder if that was part of breakaway design? I will check mine out now.

JB Champion USA, holds a historically documented place in space exploration...hmmmcamu ·
And just rechecking the $$ I paid it looks like $140 was a great price. Thanks again guys.
Me personally, I don't want spring loaded end links on any watch, especially a vintage Speedy, as they eat lugs. What are your thoughts?
