If you can, could you see if those are small enough to fit the Omega deployant clasp? I have a 20mm titanium clasp but mostly 18mm straps😡.

Will do, but should be ok as they are a 1 mm thick. PM sent.

Part two of the instalment has arrived.
Let the battle of the bearings v washers begin.

Update: Bushings and bearings
Arrivals:

OK , theoretically both work fine on the springbar.
However, there is little space to accommodate either on an early Speedmaster with 19mm lug space.

One or both may work however on a 20mm Speedmaster model. I have not tried.

So giving it some thought I came up with this:

An Omega friction spring, which is actually a sort of a thin re-curved brass bushing (slips over the canon pinion/hour wheel on many Omega early calibers) If this does not fit then nothing will. I think it will
Here is one for an Omega caliber 750.

Dial washers would work - don't have to be Omega branded unless you want to get really picky about it.

Those brass washers you should be able to thin down a bit - the dial washer is really paper thin, so I'm not sure it's going to be thick enough...

I have been using small clear plastic washers on my Speedy Pro (20mm) & JBC combo for a while, and love it. Really feels much more solid once they are in place, and the bracelet rotates in the lugs very smoothly. I made them from a ballpoint pen tube, using a razor blade, so they're approx 1 millimeter thick, but the springy end links of the bracelet take that up easily.

Glad you chimed in here Al.
I did not want to go to the bother of thinning down the brass washers. I image that you may have watchmaker tools that would do this without too much trouble.
Yes the Dial washers/friction springs are a little thin, how about doubling or tripling them up?

Yes 20mm Speedys would be easier to work with.
To be clear, you are talking about the clear ink tube?

Yes, that would work.

As far as thinning the others, you could do it on a lathe (which you likely don't have) but also by thinning them on some abrasive paper. I would stick the paper on a sheet of glass or other flat, rigid surface, and just use your finger to move the washer back and forth - should thin out in no time.

OH, right, Sorry, I missed that the discussion focused on 19mm versions...
Yep, the clear ink tube is what I have been using. Can't really notice it on Steel models, and on gold ones, it can be seen, but isn't obtrusive.
It would be nice though, if the outer diameter was a bit larger, as I had to take care when installing that the washer didn't get caught "under" the flange of the endlink.

The internal hole diameter of the bearings is too small and wont slip over the springbar ends! I might have to order another lot @ 1.5 and 2mm dhole diam. The white plastic washers are okay but large, but right now the black 0-rings are still a couple of noses in front I might see if I can get o-rings in clear or white.

This method works well for my 20mm lug width 3590.50.
