It looks like they updated the listing since your post:
    Capture.JPG

The title describes it as a 3570, and the warranty card is shown and filled out as a 3570.

The Japan Racing is a 3570.40.

Just to be clear, I contacted the seller to ask if the dial was original to the watch and they replied "yes"

What is interesting to note is that the warranty card has the correct country code (Japan) and it looks like 3570.40 is sloppily written on the card.

But to my knowledge 7708xxxx is not correct.

Definitely shady then, I thought they were being vague but not dishonest in their wording.
I don't know what that number is after the decimal, but I agree, it is probably closer to a 4 than a 5.

Agree with @G-Web, to err on side of caution. Thanks for the heads up @sgrossma

at that price, can it really be a proper one? seems like the seller isn't a newb to ebay.

    Very interesting, GW.
I guess we’d need someone to look it up, officially, to be sure.

    Amen to that Scott.
The one I posted also has a card filled in by hand, so there's really nothing very conclusive about it.
An official verification would indeed be ideal.

Thanks for flagging it up to begin with.

    Cheers,

Your knowledge is incorrect - the watch is legit based on the serial number given in this thread:

    Serial number: 77087039
    Article ref: 35704000

Is there a way to know if it was really sold, not just pulled? And if so, for how much?
