Jaeger Chronograph Cal. 285: Authentic or Restored?

Recently I saw this Jaeger watch sold on the chrono24 with a rather strange dial and an 18ct rose gold case, the movement being Universal's cal285. Investigating it, there is quite little information about this number. The dial is nice but I see the red center circle with the numbers not being sharp. Normally there would be a 285 signature on the UG movement, but this one does not have it.
Can someone tell me if it's original or has everything been restored? All comments are noted.

This is (supposed to be) a Universal Geneve in disguise. Unmarked case, no reference, weird dial. IMHO a pass. You'll find more of these in this thread: https://omegaforums.net/threads/universal-geneve-watches-on-ebay.3584/
Hi, I have also come along a similar watch however this one includes a signature on the movement. Nonetheless the caseback looks different on the inside. I have attached some photos. Would you mind looking at them and letting me know the authenticity of this watch.

Thank you very much, for future reference, if you don’t mind, what are the key things I should be looking out for to make that distinction? In addition, it’s at an auction with an estimate of 900-1350 euros. I’m not to experienced with JLC. What do you think is an honest price? I noticed the lugs lack definition.
