There, I said it. And it is true. For more than two years, I have pestered my patient fellow Omega lovers in this wonderful forum with crude iPhone photos. That has got to stop. Wait, didn’t I use to take real photos?
Results will follow in this post as soon as I have dusted off my skills, if any left.

You can pop the leg catches out on the X55 to give you a lower head height and great stability. Just need a bigger area to work with though.

I envy you with that 90º head post too.

I just got another X55 in aluminium, used but like new, for practically nothing. Goes to the log cabin for astrophoto. These X55 tripods are workhorses. You buy one and forget about tripods for the rest of your life.

I was thinking Godzilla. That would stand out from across the room, rare that a strap has so much presence. Very cool selection @felsby !
