··Omega Qualified WatchmakerThis would be a good question for someone like @Archer - are the parts available to an authorized service provider and can the swap be done by request of the customer under normal service polices. Or is this a custom order request at the AD level.
I don't see anything that indicates that they require the old hands to be returned, so for the main hands at least, it can be a straight up order.
