beautiful! Any love for Caran d'Ache?
My son gifted me this one (photo from the net) for Christmas. It feels good in the hand and flows nicely. My handwriting won't do it proper justice though. Still, I'll carry it around and hope not to lose it.

12, that’s right, 12 complete vintage 1970’s (maybe 80’s) issue pen & pencil sets BNIB, never used.

This reminded me of when the class would try to get the substitute to look up Pen -- Island. Funny still to this day, perhaps I am still a child ☺️.

Is anyone into space pens? Fisher claims it will write in zero gravity, upside down and underwater 😀

yes it does.

Well, currently it doesn't write at all. The ink must be dry. Not sure I want to put it underwater, though... also I'm curious what type of paper they tested it on to make such a claim.

Received my first Wahl Eversharp Skyline this week.
Lovely size for me, smooth fine nib. I have it with some black ink from Aurora

I got this Caran d Ashe Leman fountain pen for my 50th birthday from my father. It was quite expensive but I decided that it was pointless having it and not using it, so i mark my school books with it. The kids are fascinated by it, and ask if they can try it. I let them, on the understanding that if they break it, they pay for it. Most of them have a go anyway which is cool.

I’ve managed to amass several Cross sets and singles over the years. One still with box and papers, I guess that one is worth a fortune now 😝::psy::.

Sterling silver Parker set, fountain and pencil.

Esterbrook fountain and pencil singles, I know their mates are here somewhere.

And just for grins a Westinghouse pencil, of unknown make. Dad worked there late ‘50’s early ‘60’s ?

What's the nib on that first one?
Nice additions I must say!

It is a Pilot FA nib. It is a flex nib, but not comparable to the 20’s and 30’ flex nibs from Waterman, Osmia or Montblanc.

I use space pen refills in Parker pens every day. Once I got a cartridge that didn’t work. I emailed them and they said send it back, which I did. And I received two new refills in exchange. No BS warranty.

Bonus points if anyone knows the significance of this old Edding 1700 in silver finish…

My writing looks like a demented 3 legged chicken on LSD has been running about on the page……….no pen no matter how good or beautiful is going to help that………loverly though they are, any of these magnificent instruments would be wasted on me!
