What do people make of this cal 1012? from what I can make out it’s either super rare or has a replacement dial as looks like an early 70s Geneve in case and bracelet.
Guys, thanks for the heads up on eLady site! As a new member I can't buy from the Omega Forum and don't actually know enough to safely buy off eBay. eLady prices are clearly better than Chrono or Jomashop as far as I can see.
As a new member you cannot sell or leave comments in some posts. You should be able to buy from members by sending messages.
I assumed the 200 rule was for buyers and sellers. After carefully reading the rules once more I see you are correct. Thank you.
I ran across this "Seamaster Co-Axial Chronometer 150M" on a site. The face pic made me think...hmmm, Ok. Im not super familiar with these so maybe. Then I saw the caseback and movement.....lol Oh and the bracelet is marked Speedmaster as well.... I should buy it and have the worlds only Sea-Speedmaster. I can be master of Land and Sea. Dan
Thats good to know as Im not a Speedy guy. But are any marked the other way around? I havent seen any Seamasters with the sea horse and saying speedmaster. You'd think with the internet the fakers could at least get some of that stuff right...
Several models of the automatic speedmasters have seamaster casebacks. There is a list on Chuck Maddoxs' website.
I think you're looking at a presentation watch, 20 micron gold cap, cal 1011 or so. 1972 or 3. What do you think?
I am not sure. I recently got it and was concerned if it is fake or authentic. Not sure about the exact model. A newbie but I am liking the omegas
The exact model is 166.0202 looking at the number in the caseback (if I read it correctly). https://www.google.com/search?q=ome...fAhVqmeAKHRdcCywQsAR6BAgFEAE&biw=1739&bih=901
