Is this watch gold capped?

Hello OF members.
I need help to identify if this watch is gold capped!
It is not written anywhere on the watch but I saw a similar one on ebay and the seller there says
his watch is gold capped!

They are both gold plated, not capped. Might be marked between the lugs with the thickness of the plating: 10 microns, 20 microns etc.

Maybe worth $75-$100.
