Is this watch genuine?

Hi,
Recently purchased this watch online and trying to figure out if it’s genuine.

In case it is, does anyone have any idea what model it is?

Yes. Omega De Ville gents dress watch from the early 1960s.

I think the dial has been aggressively cleaned thus removing some of the finish and text.

You have all the info from the pictures : case ref: 111.077, and inside the watch the caliber and serial number. From the first two digits of the serial number you can date your watch with an approximation of a few years.
