·The dial is repainted and the hands are not correct. Other than that, I can't say from that photo. There could be some authentic Omega parts.

·The dial has been rotated counter clockwise. I suspect the dial feet are broken off, I very much doubt if it is a product of Omega. More information needed in order to be certain.
