Hi All,

I would like to know whether below omega is genuine or not. It is cal 625 and by reading thru the forum, am aware that is a pretty normal movement and not much valuable.

Thanks

Yes it is genuine.
Makes my heart beat normal. I won this on an eBay auction few days ago and paid too. Interested in tag heuers as well, bidded on one but found out that it is fake in the last hour of bidding. Cancelled the bid by contacting the seller. started panicking if others bought were also fake. Needed that comforting verification that they are real. Thanks and much appreciated.

Another question to ask is how much they would be worth in your opinion. Doesn’t change anything as I have already paid but may be more comfort that I didn’t pay too much.

Thanks
Sukumar

Value is what you paid for it.

Not much demand for this style. The movement is ladies sized. These were sort of an effort to deal with the market changes of the 1970s and early 1980. Quartz and disposable watches were taking a bite of of the market. So corners were cut.

Still it did make for some interesting design choices. Which helped omega over the hump.

Looks like the mesh strap on this is swappable for leather. Often the strap is integral to the case.

If you are into Heuer, there are sister forums to this brand dedicated to Heuer. Your account login works there as well. https://tagheuerforums.com

Were these watches had different dials on the same case?
Generally, Omega used several different dial styles on every case reference.

If this is a redial, I'd like to know who did it.

If you are into mid-century groovy then this is a fun watch. Break out those bellbottoms.
