Is this vintage Geneve a good buy?

Hey folks,
I came across two vintage Omega Geneve's on a Carousell listing. The owner didn't know much about the watches and couldn't give me an answer as to when the watches were last serviced, so being unfamiliar to vintage Omegas, I decided to turn to you experts here to help me with my purchasing decision.

Watch A:

Watch B:

I'm interested in the history of these pieces in general (year, movement, etc.) and more importantly their originality (redials, mismatched dial/hands combo, etc.). The lowest the seller would take was around 340 USD per piece. Aesthetically I'm leaning towards watch A but I'm also interested as to which would be considered a smarter purchasing decision.

Thanks a lot for your time and expertise!

Cheers,
Ryan

If you could provide clear photos (preferably hi res) of the inside of the case back and the movement, you'll get a lot more information.

Thanks for your reply. I have already asked the seller for those pics and unfortunately he hasn't gotten back to me yet.

I would stay away from Watch B regardless. Looks like an incorrect redial to me.

Can’t comment on A, as pictures are fuzzy and out of focus.
