Is this vintage 321 Seamaster a re-dial?

Getting ready to list this on eBay and started looking at the dial a bit closer. I figured the Swiss might be under the cap, but then I noticed no Tachymeter. I’ve really only seen one or two on the web like this and just wondered what more expert eyes and knowledge can help me figure out.

Thanks in advance for any advice and wisdom.

Just make sure you are very clear in the listing that it is a (poor) redial. Movement and case still have value.

That is one ugly dial. As long as you state in your listing that it is a redial, and a poor one at that, throw it out there and see what happens. Movement looks OK so someone may be looking for a 321 movement.

This is why column wheels are supposed to be capped in order to get a cote de Geneve.

It’s what we call a Friday dial: the guy operating the dial machine started drinking at noon, and thus the result.
