I am looking at a Vacheron Constantin watch, but am a little worried about the font on the dial.
Doesn't Vacheron always have a stripe on the E of Geneve?
Also, no swiss at the bottom. Is this a sign that it has been refinished at some point?
Sorry for the bad quality photos, these are the only ones I have and I don't know how to upgrade the quality on my phone.

 

Yes, likely correct, and no, it did not always use an accent mark. However, the case looks odd. Do you have any other photos?
