Is this trench Omega a redial?

Hey-oh lovely folks,
I've stumbled on this piece in an online auction, and have to say, I really like it.
Therefore I'm here to ask you, wise and powerful people of OF, if you think the dial is original.
It looks like it's enamel and the case is sterling silver, which is cool.
But at the number "8", is that a smudge of paint from a clumsy re-dial artist?
Unfortunately no movement pic, which sucks.
Watch is now at 280€ which is, I guess, cheap. And comes from the Netherlands, which I kind of like.
Any help is appreciated!

I am not sure about the dial - do you know for sure it is enamel?

And be aware this is not a trench watch - it is a rather tiny watch from around the mid 20ies.
Ask the seller for the size!

@mac_omega it is indeed 29mm.
The engravings seems to place it around 1925, which I guess means it's not a trench watch (since war was over)

Although it has all the hallmarks of a trench watch: hands, numerals, enamel and sterling case

Very clean, fonts and hands right, and you can see the depth of the subseconds dial. Agree not a trench watch but nice.

Is the 11:00 lug damaged, or are we seeing shadows? That’d be a bugger to fix. The back of that looks okay, but the front?

From the back picture it does look ok I think
