Does that mean it will fit 311....001 case too?

edit: sorry, I meant 311.30.42.30.01.005

So it seems that the new bracelet fits the older 3570.50 case. Thnx for the image @Robert-Jan

Not trying to do a massive photo dump, but some guys earlier were asking about the box! Pictures don’t do this watch justice— it is a very beautiful update.

The shape of the lugs look different? Is this because of the size that was mentioned on page 43? They look boxy/squareish?

Finally found this. Thanks! Do anybody now if Omega will sell this new bracelet separately?

This is Omega. Of course they will. Omega practically encourages this. This isn't Patek or Rolex.

Has anyone seen a price for the bracelets?

Am I the only one to be bothered by the non-painted centre of the sub-dials hands ?
Why did not Omega paint them in white as for all the other models ? I think it would greatly improve the aesthetic...
elsewhere it’s been conjectured that because that paint is often chipped off in service (when removing hands), the may be essentially preemptive (the idea, I suppose, being that if chipped off it’s irregular and more janky looking?)

Another issue is they decided to paint the center chrono hand white. The argument that this is a feature to prevent chipped paint is nullified here then...

Honestly from the photos the watch is so close to being a buy for me, can't get over the enlarged logo, it is just an eyesore.

anyone else note how the logo has lost its 'triangle' proportions?

I know most Omega stainless steel bracelets are at least $500. I read somewhere (here or TRF) that the EW 321 flat link cost $700+. I don't remember the exact amount.

I like the enlarged logo. It reminds me a bit of a pyramid on a base, and it's nice how the logo and brand are of similar proportions now.

Here's a comparison:

The text proportions of the -74 (pic 3) are more in line with printed 1861 Speedmasters.

Will the brushed hesalite bracelet fit the sapphire? Anyone know? There seem to be slight case differences

Yes, the only difference with the bracelets between the sapphire and hesalite versions is the finishing of the even links.

Saw these in the flesh this last weekend. Very impressed with the head - dial, case, pushers, and of course the updated movement. Oddly, I was less of a fan of the bracelet. Perhaps it will grow on me, but initially it felt delicate, due to the taper, almost feminine. A lot of lateral 'curve' when laying the watch on its side. Not wiggle in the links just flexible side-to-side. I will have to see it again during another visit to my OB. That said, it's on my wish list for 2021, as I genuinely appreciate the many updates to the watch itself.

Thx!

Fyi: I was told by OB in Zurich that the bracelet will be available as spare part in +/- 3 months, but no informations about the price 😀

Minus 3 months would be quite a trick! 😀

How is the winding/crown? Easier/better than on the previous version? 😉
