Is this Sapphire or Hesalite speedmaster? from The Adam Project

Deffo sapphire. You can see the profile of the crystal, part of the faint milky ring and the applied metal logo seen on the current Sappire Sandwich model.

Why is it important to you? Seems like an odd request for a first post.

it has too many seconds hashes to be a 3861 and the chronograph hand is the old style; style used from the ~70s until 2021; this is a 1863. Also note the triangular arrangement of the text.

In the movie, this watch is the fathers, young adams, and adult adams- so it appears 3 times (sometimes at the same time) but is the "same" watch. I didn't watch closely enough to see if it was a 1863 in all the shots, could have been a 1861 in some of the shots if an error was made.

Beyond it being a 1863, I have no idea if it was a ref 3573 or a ref 311.

Ironically Hodinkee's article on this watch calls it a 1861, but shows pictures of 1863s throughout.
