There is a video in the link as well which I thought might be helpful. Thanks!

I don't see any obvious problems, but I'm not going to take the time to look at a video and the photos don't really show enough to distinguish a good fake. If you have reason to doubt the seller, you will need better photos and a lot of research. Usually you want to look at the engravings, the movement, etc. Or just buy from a 100% reputable seller.

at first glance it looks good but the best answer will come after getting the serial and ref. by removing the bracelet (which looks like someone has done multiple times) and clean macros

Thanks, that's a great idea. I requested photos of the serial number. What do you mean by clean macros?

appears okay from pics, however, the only way to be 100% is to remove the band, and remove the caseback to check the internal components as well. You dont want to find a chinese movement inside!

I'm looking to purchase a Rolex Datejust 16200 Rhodium dial. Does this look real? Is it good value for $4000?

I won't say anything about authenticity based on some photos, but I think that $4000 is high retail and if you are going to pay that, it better be perfect, with all of the proper books, boxes, warranty cards, etc. and ideally has been recently serviced.
